This isn’t your typical cake shop and I’m not your typical baker. I don’t do beige. I don’t do bland. And I definitely don’t do boring. What I do is bake ridiculously good cakes that just happen to be gluten free.Not second-best. Not “good for what it is.”
Just bloody delicious, full of flavour, full of fun, and full of personality.
I’m Maria. I’ve been a cake designer for over 17 years, but since finding out I have an intolerance to gluten I am on a mission to bring my gluten free cakes to as many people as possible, Because there’s a massive gap between what people think gluten free baking is… and what it can be when it’s done right.
And I’m here to close that gap with gooey brownies, quirky bakes, and proper delicious celebration cakes that just happen to skip the gluten.
